    • If a package is deemed lost in transit by the carrier and their investigation confirms non-delivery, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement at the customer’s discretion.
    • Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but claimed as missing will require further evidence (see theft provisions).
  3. Stolen Packages

    • For packages marked as “delivered,” customers must provide video evidence demonstrating theft or tampering. Without this evidence, we cannot issue a refund.
  4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
    Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
    • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier without additional evidence of theft.
    • Claims made outside the specified 14-day reporting window.
  5. Investigation Process
